01. Intake & Pre-press Engineering Audit

You submit your AI/PDF vector files. Before you pay a dime for production, our pre-press engineers inspect your dielines, bleed margins, CMYK/Pantone color spaces, and structural integrity. We catch design flaws before they become expensive manufacturing mistakes.

02. Paid Sampling & Physical Proofing

We don't believe in blind mass production. For a $100–$150 sampling fee, we produce a physical, custom-printed proof. You hold it, test the color, and check the structural fit with your product. Once approved, 100% of this sampling fee is credited back toward your mass production order.

03. China NNN Protection & Mass Production

To protect your intellectual property, we execute a legally binding, China-enforceable NNN (Non-disclosure, Non-use, Non-circumvention) agreement. Only then does mass production begin. We manage the factory timeline, providing you with weekly video updates from the production floor.

04. Virtual Warehouse Consolidation & Kitting

Your products (sourced by us or your existing suppliers) and custom packaging arrive at our Guangdong assembly workshop. Our trained staff handles the manual folding, insert fitting, instruction manual placement, and compliance barcode labeling.

05. On-Site AQL Quality Inspection

Before anything is packed for export, we perform rigorous AQL 2.5/4.0 inspections. We check for color variance, glue residue, and conduct drop tests. You receive a comprehensive, multi-page PDF QC Report with 360° photo and video proof for your final sign-off.

06. DDP Final Mile Delivery (Door-to-Door)

We handle it all. We clear Chinese export customs, manage the ocean or air freight, clear your local import customs, pay all tariffs and duties on your behalf, and deliver the final retail-ready pallets directly to your D2C fulfillment center or offline retail store.

Q: What happens if the QC inspection fails in Step 5?

A: That is exactly why we are here. If a batch fails our AQL inspection, it never leaves China. We force the factory to rework or remake the defective units at their own cost. You don't pay for cross-border shipping on bad inventory.

Q: Can I use my own freight forwarder instead of your DDP service?

A: Yes. While our DDP service offers the most frictionless experience, we can also quote EXW or FOB terms if you prefer to use your own nominated forwarder. We are completely flexible to your logistical needs.
