01. Intake & Pre-press Engineering Audit
You submit your AI/PDF vector files. Before you pay a dime for production, our pre-press engineers inspect your dielines, bleed margins, CMYK/Pantone color spaces, and structural integrity. We catch design flaws before they become expensive manufacturing mistakes.
02. Paid Sampling & Physical Proofing
We don't believe in blind mass production. For a $100–$150 sampling fee, we produce a physical, custom-printed proof. You hold it, test the color, and check the structural fit with your product. Once approved, 100% of this sampling fee is credited back toward your mass production order.
03. China NNN Protection & Mass Production
To protect your intellectual property, we execute a legally binding, China-enforceable NNN (Non-disclosure, Non-use, Non-circumvention) agreement. Only then does mass production begin. We manage the factory timeline, providing you with weekly video updates from the production floor.
04. Mid-Production Inspection (DUPRO)
We don't just wait for the final batch. Leveraging our physical presence in the manufacturing hubs, our team conducts regular mid-production inspections (DUPRO) directly on the factory floor. We actively monitor component assembly, verify material consistency, and enforce strict timeline adherence. By catching and correcting potential defects before they multiply, we ensure your production stays on schedule, providing you with transparent, real-time visual updates.
05. Virtual Warehouse Consolidation & Kitting
Your products (sourced by us or your existing suppliers) and custom packaging arrive at our Guangdong assembly workshop. Our trained staff handles the manual folding, insert fitting, instruction manual placement, and compliance barcode labeling.
06. On-Site AQL Quality Inspection
Before anything is packed for export, we perform rigorous AQL 2.5/4.0 inspections. We check for color variance, glue residue, and conduct drop tests. You receive a comprehensive, multi-page PDF QC Report with 360° photo and video proof for your final sign-off.
07. Compliance Documentation & Technical File Handover
Before your cargo hits the water or air, we ensure your legal safety net is fully secured. We compile and transfer your complete Technical File—including valid CE/FCC certificates, FDA clearances, CPSIA test reports, and verified EU REP/EPR documentation. You receive a structured digital compliance dossier, guaranteeing frictionless customs clearance in North America and the EU, and instant approval for marketplace listings (like Amazon or Shopify).
08. DDP Final Mile Delivery
We clear Chinese export customs, manage ocean/air freight, clear US/EU import customs, pay all duties, and deliver directly to your warehouse or retail doorstep.

Q: What happens if the QC inspection fails in Step 6?
A: That is exactly why we are here. If a batch fails our AQL inspection, it never leaves China. We force the factory to rework or remake the defective units at their own cost. You don't pay for cross-border shipping on bad inventory.
Q: Can I use my own freight forwarder instead of your DDP service?
A: Yes. While our DDP door-to-door service offers the smoothest end-to-end convenience, we can also quote EXW or FOB terms if you prefer to nominate your own forwarder. We remain entirely flexible to your supply chain requirements.However, if you choose FOB terms, please provide us with your designated freight forwarder's contact information before paying the deposit. This will enable us to request a clear quotation from them and avoid significantly higher costs from the factory to the port in China , which would be borne by us.While choosing DDP terms, we do not accept any designated freight forwarder, since we bear all transportation risks from the factory to your warehouse.
